I know, I'm late to the party, but at least I showed up, right?
You know, my Dad is a guy. (shocking, right?) And like any other guy, he likes his toys gadgets. Why do I tell you this? Because he decided to install wireless at parent's house.
Why does that matter? Cuz I'm there during the weekends, and his 1.5M connection is reduced to 0.5M with the wireless! It keeps blocking my downloads!
So yeah, took me about 19 hours to get the file... *sigh*

Anyway, on to the review.

WB? Oh, wishful thinking... Although, for a minute there, I thought I had the wrong file...
Ben Edlund? Yay! *fingers crossed for another good episode*

Ok, walk me through this, ok? Season 1 - boys think vampires are extinct. Since then, we've had 3 vampire episodes. Second only to ghosts. Really? I'm hoping this isn't a vampire episode. Really, really hoping.
"About time the Winchesters got back to tackling a straight forward, black and white case." Word Dean! Also, hee!
"You saw it without me? - You were in Hell. - ... It's no excuse *pouts*" oh, boys. ♥
"Big pretzel" sort of a way for Dean to say ooh, shiny, right? Oh, Dean, how I've missed your snark. Even Sam missed you. Look, he's smiling! -->
OMG, SAM ATE SOMETHING!!!!!
Oh, really Dean? Lame. But that jingling sound when you winked? Hee. Totally made of win!
She is so not buying it...
Hee. This is like Hell House. I'm really enjoying this so far, it's fun again!
He came back without scars? But he still has the tattoo... Also?

Man, I love this one! Loved the black and white theme, loved the effects, loved the storyline and the MotW, LOVED the snark and the brotherly banter, LOVED smiling!boys, loved that there was no pie, and loved, loved, LOVED the boys this week!
This was a fun and funny episode. Well written. A cookie for you, Ben.
Excitement level - 8, squee level - 6.
It's episodes like this that make me crave for next week. I mean, yeah, not too deep, no real layers, but the boys people, the boys!
Show, I heart you so much when you do things like this!!

i think while Dean was in hell, he finally discovered, you know that life giving substance that keeps you alive.

I think it was on of my fave you know Monster of the Week episodes, reminds me of season 1
