sams1ra I'm sick, and tired, and I can't sleep, so naturally, my mind wanders. And it's a scary things sometimes.
Anyway, so I've been thinking about Dean's soul and Azazel.

Anyway, so I've been thinking about Dean's soul and Azazel.
Do you think Azazel knew who was holding Dean's contract? I mean, it must have been genious if he didn't - Lillith wanting to overthrow him, takes hold of Dean's soul, and that way, even if Sam would give in and go all evil, she could make him turn against Azazel and serve her in return for Dean's soul.
On the other hand, if Azazel knew about her holding the contract, why would he allow it? Or was he the one originally holding the contract, but after he died Lillith got hold of it somehow?
Which begs the question, is there a bidding war in Hell over souls? Cuz that would be interesting.
Or maybe Dean's soul wasn't anyone's in perticular at first, and only then Lillith got a hold of it? Hmmm.... *ponders*
Also, on a totally different note; there is no way in HELL this show would have worked with two girls intead of two guys. I mean, two girls with THAT little luggage? Yeah, I'd believe demons were possessing all the monkies on Earth first. I mean, seriously! Those duffles the boys own? They're like Mary Poppins' bags or something, gotta be bottomless pits, or enchanted somehow or whatever, cuz dude, they always look empty! And the back seat is usually empty, too, so if there's a false bottome that big in the trunk for all the weapons, no way the duffles would all fit in there. Unless the trunk was also made for Mary Poppins.
