I know I'm late, but here're my reactions and a few comments.

Lisa?
Oi, Bela. image Don't know what's worse; Bela, or that Pussycat Dolls logo thingy…
Bobby! Hi Bobby! I love hate Bobby, so please don't kill him!

Yellow tea?
'Totally. I mean no." 6818.gif image by smilemoticon hee! I knew it! And now I totally need more backstory!
You should feel dirty. It's Bela! *shudders*
Ok, whose dream is… oh. Nevermind. Ew.
*insert kroki imitation here:
Dear Dean,
Sam needs to get laid. Soon. Before he does something stupid. Like Bela. *shudders*

Hee.
The way Sam straightened as she took her coat off, and his little disappointed face… *hearts* Boy needs to get… a girl…
Smooth, Sammy.

I really like the color switches. Nice effect.
Oh, Bobby…

I didn't think Dean can drink too much coffee. Hee.
I don't know why, but them getting out of the car into those woods made me think of Frost ('The woods are lovely, dark and deep, but I have promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep…')
Oh, Dean, who are you kidding? tlc.gif image by smilemoticon

First, yay for the boys helping out Bobby for a change! image
They're still keeping to the 'is Sam 100% Sam?' line, which is cool. Especially after last week. image
About Dean vs. Dean:
I thought Dean facing himself as his worst nightmare totally fit.
Him snapping his fingers and not having it work is love. Him keep trying even when it doesn't work is totally squishable. *squishes Dean* Poor baby. smilysquish.gif image by smilemoticon
I kinda hoped we'd get to see some of Dean's unfulfilled dreams. Knowing he has none is so so sad. smileycry2.gif image by smilemoticon
'Do you even have an original thought?' Wow. It makes 'Asylum' that much worse. What Sam said must have really hurt. tlc.gif image by smilemoticon
Ya know, when Dean finally snapped, (and I'm pretending he didn't. So there, he didn't.) I expected him to defend John, not attack him like that. Yeah, I get it, just no at that moment, not when other!Dean was saying these things. I mean, if Dean's agreeing with other!Dean, why's he attacking? It just didn't make sense to me.
And Dean blaming John for Mary? Wow. That's… new. And doesn't fit. But I guess this doesn't have to fit. It doesn't have to be rational. tlc.gif image by smilemoticon
Him shooting himself? Doesn't feel right to me. He's yelling about deserving more, yet he kills himself? doesn't work for me. This scene just felt… off.

Also, I kinda liked the similarity between Bobby and John.
Both lost their wives to supernatural evil and both lives because of it. Maybe that's why Bobby stayed where many others wouldn't tolerate John.
I wonder if he has any kids of his own...

And next week? Uh, why do we get an episode of Buffy next week?

I think with the Dean VS Dean scene, the fact that he snapped and was yelling all these things completely opposite to what he would normally be saying and thinking is supposed to show this inner denile he has kept hidden all his life. Dean would NEVER say some of those things he said. I don't truly believe he blames his father for his mother's death, but he's angry about what happened to him and to his life and he is lashing out, saying stuff he doesn't necessarily mean because his other self is bringing to life things he knows about himself but doesn't want to admit. That he scared of dying, that perhaps he is too much of a "good soldier" who has blindly followed his father for years, that he is this pathetic creature who doesn't have a life of his own. (I dont think he's pathetic, but I think *he* thinks he's pathetic).

Anyway, I liked the scene personally.

Blaming John for Mary I can understand. It's grief. It doesn't have to make sense. His father was supposed to protect them, and he didn't, so it was his fault. It's a kid's thinking, and since it happened when he was a kid, it's understandable.
And yeah, I get the point of the scene was to get Dean to admit what he'd never admit, not even to himself. To make him realize that, not only does he WANT to live, but he DESERVES to live. I get that.
But the pacing felt wrong, at least to me. I mean, both Deans said basically the same things. Other!Dean talked about the effect and Dean about the cause, sort of. Thing is, they both basically agreed, so I don't see the reason for the violence and sudden blinding rage that ended up with him killing himself (again). I believe it was symbolic - the killing himself part, and it's just sad.
Also, they could have totally cut the Sam/Bela dream *shudders again* and used the time for a better build-up in this scene. I think it would've worked a little better. But that's just my opinion...
