Dean was supposed to be in school, just like Sammy, but he skipped school. Twice in a row now. He was feeling bad, so he secretly went to a free clinic for a check up. And got admitted with Appendicitis. But they won't operate without a legal guardian, and Dean's told no one he was going to the hospital, not even his dad. he just keeps asking John to please come back, and please hurry. And of course, things are not going to go well...
