I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed this glimpse into the early life of the Winchester family. I especially appreciate that you didn't vilify Mary. So many people seem to genuinely dislike her, and I've never understood it. I think the way you express family dynamics here is very realistic and beautifully detailed. Plus, Dean's adorable!
