I want you showered and in bed in half an hour, and that's after you had something to eat. That's an order." John said. Dean rolled his eyes, looking annoyed, and John sighed. "No less then six hours of sleep before you get out of bed." He added, "And I will cuff you to the bed if I have to." The father threatened, getting back in the house.
