Oh My God that was heartbreaking! I so wanted Dean to just go AU and stay at the shelter where he was actually appreciated. I bet there were moments just like this in canon Dean's life. He's practically a saint and a martyr but he's human and I know at times he felt completely unappreciated and like leaving. And I still have bets that in a future episode we'll find out about hidden college acceptances and that Dean is smarter than his family ever gave him credit for. My point, very real this story. If you are going to write more from the others point of view, for God's sake please for my poor heart show at least a half assed attempt to make it up to Dean later by someone please?
